Opinions of Staff toward Leadership of Administrators of Local Administrative Organizations in Sena District, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study opinions of staff toward the leadership of administrators of local administrative organizations in Sena district, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province, and 2) compare opinions classified by personal factors of staff toward the leadership of administrators of local administrative organizations in Sena district, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The samples were 234 staff of local administrative organizations in Sena district, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical analysis was performed in terms of percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, F-test and LSD. The statistical significance was set at .05. The findings revealed as follows: 1) The opinions of staff toward the leadership of administrators of local administrative organizations in Sena district, Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province were at a high level by ranking from the highest to the lowest level as follows: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. 2) The opinions toward the leadership of administrators of staff who had different genders and job positions were not different. The opinions toward the leadership of administrators of staff who had different ages, education backgrounds and periods of implementation were different.
