The Management Model in Social Academic Services Case study: Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the appropriate Management Model in the Social Academic Services associated with an income providing of Phranakorn Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University, besides to the annual government budget. The result could be beneficially to any departments with responsible to the university social services through the consideration of further academic public service contribution. The overall population of this study consisted of the executive agencies, senior management as well as client third party beneficially. However, the information was totally derived by the various interviewing before submitted to the data analysis. The result revealed that an obscure management model either in management structure or project preparation especially in the procedure and also the social service practices was implemented with the unclear practical guidance to supporting the efficiency and effectiveness actual operation of the university social services. Moreover, the data interpretation either by the faculties or any institutes was covered the service types classification including the external consulting project, research, testing or examination, training, seminar together with lecture description.
