The Development of Educational Quality Assurance Information System (Curriculum Level) According to Criteria of the Quality Assurance for Education 2014 of the Office of Higher Education

Abstract

This research aimed to develop the assurance information system of education quality in curriculum level, and to study the users' satisfaction towards the implementation of educational quality assurance information system. The samples were ten bachelor's degree programs of the Faculty of Education, Phranakorn Sri Ayutthaya Rajabhat University that conducting in the year 2016. The sample was selected by purposive sampling, and the data were obtained by using the evaluation form for the information system’s quality and consistency and the evaluation form for user’s satisfaction of the information system. The data were statistically analyzed for frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that the information system was accurate, in agreement with the criteria of curriculum quality assurance and effective for users. All courses were found to meet the curriculum standards and 90% of them were shown to have a good level of evaluation. The results also showed that the users' satisfaction of information system regarding to the presentation, reliability, value of content/information and accessibility to information systems was in high level with the average of 4.39.
