A Proposed Guideline for Administration of Information and Communication Technology for World-Cass Standard Schools Under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Province

Abstract

The aims of this research were to propose the guidelines for administration of information and communication technology for world-class standard schools under primary education service area office 3 in Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya province. This research was divided into 2 steps: 1) constructing the guidelines for administration of information and communication technology for world-class standard schools by using 5 experts as samples and the questionnaire as research instrument; and 2) study the suitability and possibility of the guidelines for administration of information and communication technology in world-class standard schools. The samples were selected from 5 schools under Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya primary education service area office 3, of which consisting of 100 school administrators and teachers responsible for information and communication technology. The research instrument was five-rating scale questionnaire. The statistical tools used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The results indicated that 1) the guidelines for administration of information and communication technology for world-class standard schools consisted of 4 elements, including 1.1 plan, which containing 7 instructions, 1.2 do, containing 20 instructions, 1.3 check, containing 8 instructions, and 1.4 act and development containing 5 instructions; and 2) the overall guidelines for administration of information and communication technology were found to have high levels of suitability and possibility.
