Abstract
The purpose of this research to develop self-discipline of early childhood by experience with music activities by Carl Orff (Carl Orff,1895-1982), Ban Khwao School Muang District, Chaiyaphum Province. By definition. Self-discipline of early childhood is as follows: 1) Responsibility 2) Timing 3) Endurance 4) Self-confidence 5) Leadership, follower.
The population used in this research. Early Childhood between the ages of 4-5 years studying in Kindergarten Year 1 Semester 2 Academic Year 2017, There are 20 children in the classroom. Obtained by specifying to develop self-discipline of early childhood by experience with music activities by Carl Orff.The self-discipline of early childhood behaviors of the sample were investigated. Then organize a musical experience with music activities by Carl Orff For a period of 8 weeks and Self-discipline behaviors were observed during the experimental period of 2 weeks, week 2, 4, 6 and 8.
The instrument used in this research was 1) a plan to organize an experience with music activities by Carl Orff (Carl Orff,1895-1982). 2) Self-Discipline Observation of early childhood Form.This Experimental Research. The Research was carried out using a single trial.One Group Pretest-Posttest Design and One Series Time–Series. Statistics for Mean, Standard Deviation, Median
Research is Pretest to educational experience with music activities by Carl Orff, early childhood had an average score of self-discipline. The mean score was moderate ( 1.28-45). After an educational experience with music activities by Carl Orff of early childhood. Self-discipline behavior an average scores of early childhood. At the high level (
1.73-1.84). Posttest to educational experience with music activities by Carl Orff, there is high tendency for self-discipline
