Abstract

The objectives of this study include: 1) to analysis the components of Community Development of

the District Community Development Office in Eastern Region; 2) to study the level of community Development of the District Community Development Office in Eastern Region; 3) to study the factors affecting community development of the district community development office in Eastern region; The population consisted of 269 .There were 200 participants used as a sampling group and were randomly selected by Simple Random Sampling.  A questionnaire was used as the research instrument in this study. The data analysis was done by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, A confirmatory factor analysis, A multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that 1) The confirmatory model of community development of the District Community Development Office in Eastern Region model was fit with the empirical data 2) The sample group reflected that the level of community Development of the District Community Development Office in Eastern Region are at a high level 3) There were 5 factors affecting with community development of the district community development office in Eastern region: including, Community Leader, Social Capital, Community Power, Knowledge and Understanding, Consciousness but People Participation, Skill and Ability were not affecting with community development of the district community development office in Eastern region.
