The Development of Curriculum to The Development of Curriculum to Enchance Thai Reading Literacy for Grade 6 Students

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to develop the curriculum for enchancing Thai reading literacy for grade 6students and to study the results of the implementation.The target group was grade 6 enrolled in Thai Course in second semester of academic year 2019 at Bandonglan school in Tak province. Research tools were the developed curriculum and the Thai reading literacy test . Mean, Standard deviation and percentage were used for data analysis.
The results found that there was the curriculum to enchance Thai reading literacy for grade 6 students which composed of 4 learning units : Unit 1 Looking for herb around the happy city, Unit 2 Laying Chicken, Unit 3 Donglan legend and Unit 4 Fun with Advertisement.The constructed curriculum has a suitable average, at a high level. The results of the implementation was that the students posttest scores were higher than pretest scores posttest 12.11 (S.D. = 6.19) pretest 25.67 (S.D. = 2.65)
