ความต้องการในการเสริมทักษะใหม่ของบุคลากรเครือข่ายห้องสมุดกรุงเทพมหานคร ในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19)

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการในการเสริมทักษะใหม่ของบุคลากรเครือข่ายห้องสมุดกรุงเทพมหานครในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) วิธีการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ บรรณารักษ์ในเครือข่ายห้องสมุดกรุงเทพมหานคร สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ ในช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์-มีนาคม 2564 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บุคลากรส่วนใหญ่ในเครือข่ายห้องสมุดกรุงเทพมหานครมีความต้องการในการเสริมทักษะใหม่ในระดับมากคือด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการผลิตเนื้อหาและสื่อออนไลน์โดยใช้แอปพลิเคชั่นต่างๆ และด้านการเรียนรู้ทางดิจิทัลและการพัฒนาในการเรียนรู้ทางดิจิทัล รองลงมาเป็นด้านการสื่อสาร ความร่วมมือและการมีส่วนร่วมทางดิจิทัล โดยทักษะใหม่ที่ต้องการเร่งด่วนคือการผลิตสื่อออนไลน์ในงานดิจิทัลสู่สังคมอาเซียนและกระบวนการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต
