This study aimed to survey the needs to upskill Bangkok Metropolitan Library Network personnel. The population consisted of 70 librarians in the Bangkok Metropolitan Library Network. The instruments were online questionnaires, and the data were collected between February and March 2021. The analysis used descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The research findings showed that most Bangkok Metropolitan Library Network personnel need to upskill their information technology in the aspects of content creation and online media by using applications and their digital learning and development.
