บทความนี้นำเสนอเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์บทบาทของสารสนเทศและผลกระทบในแง่ต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในการเรียนออนไลน์ในระดับอุดมศึกษา รวมถึงการปรับการจัดการขององค์การสารสนเทศที่สำคัญต่อการศึกษาอย่างห้องสมุด สืบเนื่องมาจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ส่งผลให้ประเทศต่าง ๆ ทั่วโลกต้องเผชิญหน้าและดำเนินวิถีชีวิตในรูปแบบใหม่ โดยต้องมีการพึ่งพาอาศัยเทคโนโลยีมากขึ้น ตลอดจนเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงานที่จะต้องมีความพร้อมในการรับมือต่อความท้าทายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต
