Abstract

This article analyzes the role of information and effects occurring during online learning in tertiary education with library management changes, as significant educational data institutions during the Novel Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, libraries play a guiding role internationally. As readers rely more on technology, operational guidelines are offered by libraries to help prepare users to cope with potential future challenges.
