สภาพการรู้สารสนเทศ : กรณีศึกษาทหารกองประจำการ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 29

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการรู้สารสนเทศของทหารกองประจำการ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 29 2) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศของทหารกองประจำการ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 29 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ทหารกองประจำการมณฑลทหารบกที่ 29 ที่เข้าร่วมในโครงการติวสอบคัดเลือกบุคคลเข้าปฏิบัติงานในกองทัพบก ประจำปี 2566 ที่หน่วยมณฑลทหารบกที่ 29 จัดขึ้น จำนวน 50 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบสอบถามสภาพการรู้สารสนเทศของทหารกองประจำการ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 29 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ
ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการรู้สารสนเทศของทหารกองประจำการ มณฑลทหารบกที่ 29 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 38.2 และ เมื่อพิจารณารายมาตรฐานพบว่า ระดับการรู้สารสนเทศมาตรฐานที่ 1 ด้านการกำหนดขอบเขตความต้องการสารสนเทศ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 44) มาตรฐานที่ 2 ด้านการเข้าถึงสารสนเทศที่ต้องการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 41) มาตรฐานที่ 3 การประเมินสารสนเทศ และแหล่งที่ผลิตสารสนเทศได้อย่างมีวิจารณญาณ อยู่ในระดับน้อย (ร้อยละ 31) มาตรฐานที่ 4 ด้านการใช้สารสนเทศได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้ อยู่ในระดับน้อย (ร้อยละ 38) และ มาตรฐานที่ 5 ด้านการใช้และเข้าถึงสารสนเทศอย่างถูกต้องทางจริยธรรมและกฎหมาย อยู่ในระดับน้อย (ร้อยละ 37)
ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาการรู้ทักษะสารสนเทศของทหารกองประจำการจากการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ
- มณฑลทหารบกที่ 29 ควรกำหนดนโยบายให้มีการส่งเสริมทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศให้กับทหารกองประจำการ
- ควรจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมการรู้สารสนเทศให้กับทหารกองประจำการอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- ควรมีการจัดโครงการอบรมระยะสั้นในการส่งเสริมทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศให้กับทหารกองประจำการ โดยสามารถบูรณาการความร่วมมือกับสถาบันการศึกษาหรือเครือข่ายวิชาชีพทางด้านสารสนเทศ
