การพัฒนาหนังสือเล่มเล็กสำหรับการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยของชาวต่างชาติผ่านอาหารพื้นถิ่นภูเก็ต

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของหนังสือเล่มเล็กสำหรับการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยของชาวต่างชาติระดับเบื้องต้นผ่านอาหารพื้นถิ่นภูเก็ต และ 2) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนชาวต่างชาติระดับเบื้องต้นที่มีต่อหนังสือเล่มเล็กที่พัฒนาขึ้น การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ชาวต่างชาติที่สนใจเรียนภาษาไทยระดับเบื้องต้น จำนวน 10 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบสมัครใจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย หนังสือเล่มเล็กสำหรับการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยของชาวต่างชาติระดับเบื้องต้นผ่านอาหารพื้นถิ่นภูเก็ต แบบประเมินคุณภาพสื่อโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) หนังสือเล่มเล็กที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.74, S.D. = 0.40) และ 2) ผู้เรียนชาวต่างชาติมีความพึงพอใจต่อหนังสือเล่มเล็กโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄ = 4.70, S.D. = 0.48) ผลการวิจัยสะท้อนให้เห็นว่า หนังสือเล่มเล็กที่บูรณาการเนื้อหาภาษาไทยกับบริบทวัฒนธรรมอาหารพื้นถิ่นภูเก็ตมีความเหมาะสมในฐานะสื่อการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้เรียนชาวต่างชาติระดับเบื้องต้น และได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้เรียนในระดับสูง อย่างไรก็ตาม การวิจัยครั้งนี้ยังไม่ได้วัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้ก่อนและหลังการใช้สื่อ จึงควรตีความผลการวิจัยในขอบเขตของคุณภาพสื่อและความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน
