Abstract

In the present digital technology and the Internet were a role in libraries to adapt for operation and service, same is the public libraries. They used digital technology and the Internet for responsed to user behavior changing and social context, Including reading promotion. 8S strategy is a strategy used to promote reading in the digital age, Including 1) Sources 2) Show 3) Story 4) Searching 5) Services 6) Share 7) Statistics 8) Staff. We used 8S strategy for promote reading in the Public Library Chalerm Rachakumari, Yang Talat District, Kalasin Province. And can be applied to other libraries.
