English Writing Problems and Guidelines to Develop First-year Students in English for Business Communication Program, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University

The purposes of this research were 1) to explore English writing problems of first-year English for Business Communication students, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University and 2) to find guidelines to develop English writing skills of first-year English for Business Communication students. The researcher surveyed their writing skills and opinions of 38 students. The instruments used in this research were 1) an English personal information questionnaire and 2) a suggestion form about guidelines for developing first-year English for Business Communication students. It is a way to develop the potential of students to have knowledge and ability in English writing.
