Journals are important for learning in higher education. Libraries must provide tools for library users to conveniently access the journals. Technology changed making electronic journals have become more popular because e-journals can solve a problem with time and place to access. But electronic journals still have problems as the Users do not know the source of e-journal services thoroughly, Can’t access the full-text of all the articles, The user must have rights to access, Internet problems, The large search results from the internet make more time to screening, and not confident of the journal quality. Libraries should therefore be able to promote the use of journals in 3 ways: 1. Training to educate 2. Give more information through various channels such as website, Facebook page, electronic TV, etc. 3. Development tools for searching. COLA Library developed tools for searching Thai e-journals on public administration and public administration topics. The steps are as follows: 1. Selected Thaijo’s Website for sources to link. 2. Prescribed keywords for searching related journals. 3. Saved results data on Excel or Google Sheets, Stored data on Drive, and shared. 4. Linked data from Google Sheets to Google Data Studio to organize data fields and determined the data for retrieval, reporting, and testing, After that linked Google Data Studio to the COLA library website. and prepared a list of Journal in hard copy form in case of internet failure. Thus, the College of Local Administration Learning Center has specialized journal information available for library users.
