Abstract

          This study of the reading behavior of undergraduate students of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University aimed to 1) study the reading behavior of undergraduate students of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, 2) study reading problems of undergraduate students of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. The sample consisted of 404 undergraduate students of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, obtained through simple random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire. The analysis of data employed percentage, mean and standard deviation.

            The results were as follows:The reading objectives of most students were to broaden and increase their knowledge (42.3%) and Regarding the reading problems of undergraduate students of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, it was found that most students no place to read (24.3 %), and a reading problem that came from professors of most students, that is, the professor assigned a topic to read but there was no printed material available in the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology (26.5 %), most students did not have reading problems resulting from the service provided by the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology (43.8 %).
