Abstract

      The study tours are a way to learn and seek new experiences by traveling to places related to the topic of interest in order to study it closely and seriously. Study tours are  beneficial in terms of learning and self-development, which is the connection between theory and practice: helping to understand the content and see the overall picture of the actual work  process and being able to apply the knowledge effectively. It also opens up the worldview to see new things, modern technology, and different work processes, giving a broader perspective and helping to create inspiration that drives enthusiasm for learning and self-development.
