บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านเชิงวิเคราะห์ของนักศึกษาบริหารธุรกิจผ่านกิจกรรมงานวิจารณ์หนังสือในรายวิชาภาวะผู้นำ โดยให้นักศึกษาเลือกอ่านหนังสือแนวพัฒนาตนเองหรือภาวะผู้นำ และจัดทำสื่อเพื่อนำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ การดำเนินกิจกรรมนี้ช่วยส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาทักษะด้านการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ การประเมินข้อมูล การถ่ายทอดความคิดเห็น และการเชื่อมโยงความรู้กับบริบทของตนเอง นอกจากนี้ ยังช่วยเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจในการอ่าน ความสามารถในการสะท้อนตนเอง และคุณลักษณะสำคัญของภาวะผู้นำในศตวรรษที่ 21 อาทิ ความเข้าใจผู้อื่น การเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และการเปิดรับมุมมองที่หลากหลาย กิจกรรมนี้จึงเป็นแนวทางที่สามารถนำไปปรับใช้ในการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะวิชาการควบคู่กับการพัฒนาทักษะชีวิต
