บทคัดย่อ

บทความทางวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบูรณาการแนวคิดการดำเนินชีวิตตามคุณค่า (Values-Based Living: VBL) ภายใต้กรอบการบำบัดแบบยอมรับและพันธสัญญา (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: ACT) เข้ากับบริบทของสังคมดิจิทัลร่วมสมัย โดยมุ่งอธิบายบทบาทของความยืดหยุ่นทางจิตใจ (psychological flexibility) ในฐานะกลไกสำคัญที่เชื่อมโยงระหว่างการกระทำตามคุณค่า ความผาสุกทางจิตใจ และการสร้างอัตลักษณ์บุคคล ในยุคที่ความหมายของบุคคลถูกชี้นำอย่างเข้มข้นโดยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและอัลกอริทึม บทความเสนอว่า การดำเนินชีวิตตามคุณค่าไม่เพียงเป็นแนวทางในการลดความทุกข์ทางจิตใจ แต่ทำหน้าที่เป็น “เข็มทิศภายใน” มีบทบาททำให้บุคคลสามารถดำรงอยู่กับประสบการณ์ภายในที่ท้าทายได้อย่างเปิดกว้าง พร้อมทั้งเลือกกระทำอย่างสอดคล้องกับคุณค่าที่ตนให้ความสำคัญ แม้ต้องเผชิญแรงกดดันจากวัฒนธรรมดิจิทัลเชิงการแสดงออกและการเปรียบเทียบทางสังคม บทความยังอภิปรายว่าความขัดแย้งของคุณค่าในบริบทดิจิทัลมีความสัมพันธ์กับกระบวนการสำคัญของ ACT บทความนี้จึงมีคุณค่าในฐานะกรอบแนวคิดทางทฤษฎีที่ช่วยทำความเข้าใจสุขภาวะทางจิตใจและการสร้างอัตลักษณ์ในยุคดิจิทัล และสามารถใช้เป็นฐานสำหรับการวิจัยเชิงประจักษ์และการพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตในอนาคต
