Study of Effective Factors for Study decision in Phrapariyattithamma Schools of General Education Division, Roi-et Province

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to, 1) study of the effective factors for study decision in Phrapariyattithamma Schools of General Education Division, Roi-et Province, 2)opinion comparison of the effective factors for study decision in Phrapariyattithamma Schools of General Education Division, Roi-et Province, and 3) development guidelines of the effective factors for study decision in Phrapariyattithamma Schools of General Education Division, Roi-et Province. Research implementation were divided for2 phases; phases 1, study of the effective factors for study decision, and phases 2, study for development guidelines of the effective factors for study decision in data collection by questionnaire survey, and group discussion to data with the key informants of the sampling, there were 399 students and 9 professionals. The data analysis was analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis including mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The results were followed:
1. The effective factors for study decision in Phrapariyattithamma Schools of General Education Division, Roi-et Province of factors at a “key” in 7 elements were to; 1) learners, 2) school reputation,3)school environment and location building, 4) community relationship, 5) student services, 6) instructional, 7) school administration. And all element of effective factors of a level at high levels.
2. The opinion comparison of the effective factors for study decision in Phrapariyattithamma Schools of General Education Division, Roi-et Province include the sides and overall by education level of the opinion was not different.
3. The development guidelines of 7 sides in the effective factors for study decision in Phrapariyattithamma Schools of General Education Division, Roi-et Province in the main for attention to the publicity.
