LEADERSHIP BASED ON THE SEVEN PRINCIPLES SUPPERISADHAMMA OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE ROI ET

Abstract
The objectives of the research were 1) to study Leadership based on the Seven Principles Suppurisadhamma of School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi Et, 2) to compare Leadership Based on the Seven Principles Suppurisadhamma, and 3) to study recommendations and guidelines for Leadershipdevelopment Leadership based on the Seven Principles Suppurisadhamma. The sample group consisted of 330 teachers and the target group, including of 5 school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi Et. The instrument used in this research were a questionnaire and an interview form. The statistics used to test the hypothesis was t-tests and One–way ANOVA analysis using F-test statistics.
The result of the research showed that : 1. Leadership based on the Seven Principles Suppurisadhamma of School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi Et. Overall,was at a high level. 2. Comparison of the teachers’ opinion level towards Leadership based on the Seven Principles Suppurisadhamma of School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi Et according, classified by educational background and work experience were no difference, whereas school size was significantly different at .05 level. 3. The recommendations and the development guidelines were adherenceto principles and systematic school administration, having a good process, relationship inspiration and encouragement the participants to focus on the common interest more than personal benefit, solving problems on time, and providing opportunities and supporting competent people who had the ability to hold an appropriate position.
