高职院校技能型人才在校企合作下对就业能力的影响: 基于心理资本的中介作用

摘要
作为高职院校培养技能型人才的一种重要方式的校企合作教育被高度重视。 校企合作行
为如何影响技能型人才的就业能力提升? 影响路径如何? 这些问题还缺乏定量研究的支撑。 本
研究选取广西省五所国家示范性或骨干高职院校的 306 名参与校企合作的高职生作为研究对象,
主要采用多元回归分析和结构方程的方法探索校企合作行为对高职生就业能力的影响作用机理,
深入探索个人的心理资本在校企合作行为与就业能力提升中介效应影响。 研究结果为学校和企业
校企合作提升高职生心理资本、 就业能力提供了路径选择和新的思路。
