Foreword

          Since the Chinese Journal of Social Science and Management became listed in the THAI-JOURNAL CITATION INDEX 2 (hereinafter referred to as TCI2) on May 25, 2018, the journal has received continuing support from peer reviewers who have remained dedicated to providing constructive comments and recommendations to our contributors. Researchers and academics have been very supportive in contributing their latest research to be published in our journal. Specifically, since the listing there has been a steady increase in the submission of manuscripts. In the first issue after being listed in TCI2, the number of articles increased from 6 to 10 articles as discussed in the previous issue.

          In line with our tradition, we have accepted articles from institutions throughout Thailand that include: Panyapiwat Institute of Management, Mae Fah Luang University, Lampang Rajabhat University, Dhurakij Pundit University, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, and Huachiew Chalermprakiet University. The articles cover diversified topics such as Chinese teaching and learning; Mencius’s thought of “Square Fields System”; the effect of relational capital on the stability of industrial technology innovation; marketing strategy implementation of an online handbag store; ownership structure and corporate performance of enterprise; influence of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges under university enterprise cooperation; and improvement of a Chinese staff organizational commitment questionnaire.

          Again, we would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to peer reviewers for their hard-work and dedication, researchers and academics for their contribution, and readers for their readership. We hope to continue receiving your support in our endeavor for academic excellence.
