中国职工组织承诺问卷的修订

摘要
探析中国文化情境景下职工组织承诺的结构, 并修订中国职工组织承诺问卷 (COCQ)。
基于凌文铨中国职工组织承诺结构理论和对 25 名职工的沙盘游戏质性访谈的分析结果, 我们设
计了中国职工组织承诺问卷 (COCQ) 草案, 其中包括 58 项关于中国职工组织承诺十要素结构
的项目。 使用探索性因子分析 (482 名被试) 来改变草案 COCQ (58 项), 验证性因素分析
(367 名被试) 以验证 COCQ (34 项)。 探索性因素分析揭示了中国文化情境下组织承诺的 10 个
因素结构。 验证性因素分析支持 COCQ 的 34 项 10 因子结构。 此外, COCQ 在内部一致性较高,
COCQ 的拟合度也处于可接受的水平, 问卷具有良好的判别效度, 问卷维度的总体有效性较高。
COCQ 更新了凌文铨中国职工组织承诺结构理论中的承诺来源和类型, 制定了 10 维量表; COCQ
是一种具有良好信度和效度的测量工具。
