关系资本对产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性的影响研究 ——基于公平感知视角

摘要
近年来, 产业技术创新战略联盟在中国得到了迅速发展, 但普遍存在稳定性不高、 运行效
率低下等问题。 如何提高产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性是当前亟需解决的问题。 本文基于中国创
新驱动发展战略背景, 通过问卷调查和统计分析, 探究关系资本对产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性
的影响, 以及公平感知在此关系中的调节作用。 结果表明, 关系资本对产业技术创新战略联盟稳
定性有积极促进作用; 公平感知在关系资本与产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性的关系中发挥调节作
用。 研究结果不仅有助于拓展联盟稳定性研究领域, 而且为提升产业技术创新战略联盟稳定性管
理水平提供了借鉴。
