基于协同视角下的创新团队有效性因素探索与对策研究

          创新是一个组织生存并不断发展的基础,而创新团队作为创新过程的主体,其有效性对创新影响重大。本文基于协同理论,专注于企业创新团队的有效性因素探索。通过三步逻辑的系统分析框架对典型的商业企业创新团队发展的案例进行剖析,结合对高新区内众多创新团队的实地调研,运用综合分析方法,提炼出一种用于解释创新团队实现有效创新的三维协同创新机理,并对其中的关键因素,进行量化分析与支持性案例佐证。随后,以贵阳高新技术国家经济开发区的40余家有代表性的企业为研究对象,通过问卷调查和实证分析,发现影响研发项目团队有效性的五大因素:即团队环境投入因素、团队组成投入因素、团队运行过程因素、团队绩效因素和团队协同因素,并就研发团队有效性对创新能力的影响提出五个假设,通过检验,得出项目团队有效性各要素对技术创新总体上均呈现正向影响,得到团队有效性是影响创新的关键性因素的结论,并在此基础上,提出提升企业创新团队有效性的管理建议。
