心理资本对义务教育阶段教师工作绩效的影响研究

摘要
教师的教与学生的学发生了新的变化,又一次对教育教学工作提出了更好的要求,而教育为了适应新的要求必然对教师又提出了新的挑战,因此为了最大程度地激发义务教育阶段教师
的工作热情,从而有效提升教师工作绩效,本研究以心理资本为自变量、教师工作绩效为因变量、教师创新工作行为为中介变量,探讨了心理资本对义务教育阶段教师工作绩效的影响,共发放 450 份问卷,回收 387 份,有效回收率 86%,受访的男女教师比例为 42% 和 58%,得出心理资本对教师工作绩效有正向影响、心理资本对教师创新工作行为有正向影响、教师创新工作行为对教师工作绩效具有正向影响以及创新工作行为具有中介效应的结果,为教育行政部门以及中小学行政部门提供一定的借鉴价值。
