Editor’s Note
To further support the academic exchange, the Editorial Committee decided to increase the number of articles in each issue of the Chinese Journal of Social Science and Management (CJSSM) from 10 items to 14. This piece of information has also been officially announced on the TCI platform. Therefore, we hope that this change could help satisfy the constant increasing of the publication demands. These demands also reflect the growth of our journal. We, the Secretariat Office and Editorial Committee, would continue to strive for better quality. In this 11th edition, we have included articles from various institutions in Thailand comprising the Panyapiwat Institute of Management, National Institute of Development Administration, Suvarnabhumi Institute of Technology, Udon Thani Rajabhat University, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University, and institutions from China consisting of the Shannxi College of Communications Technology, Nanjing University, and Sichuan University. Among these 14 articles, we have also included a wide range of research topics by local international researchers covering areas, such as financial innovation, corporate strategy, firm performance, job performance, job satisfaction, consumer behavior, branding, and the teaching of the Thai and Chinese languages. I believe that the readers would find them very insightful. In addition to the Thai Citation Index (TCI) platform and Panyapiwat Institute of Management’s (PIM) library website, CJSSM is also available on the CNKI platform where readers can search and download the articles. This would be very helpful for readers from anywhere in the world.
