中国北京市乡村文创旅游发展 灰色关联分析

          作为创意产业与乡村旅游的有机结合体,乡村文创旅游,有力促进了北京都市型现代乡村旅游的转型升级。然而其发展却受到了旅游目的地资源稀缺的严重制约,而且无论是从区域发展角度,还是从文创旅游发展形式分析,北京市乡村文创旅游在发展过程中均呈现出多形态、不平衡的发展现状。
          本研究的根本目的是为了促进北京市乡村文创旅游快速、平衡发展,因此在分析北京市发展乡村文创旅游必要性和可行性的基础上,通过走访部分乡村文创旅游供给主体和消费群体实地调研并对调研问卷进行统计性描述,分析北京市乡村文创旅游消费群体特征,结合主成分分析和Logistic回归模型分析影响北京市文创消费的主要因素,考虑到乡村文创旅游产业的高度关联性,运用灰色系统理论对北京市乡村文创旅游发展进行灰色关联分析,并基于主要影响因素对北京市乡村文创旅游发展规模与发展方向进行了灰色预测。
          本研究在研究方法和内容上,不仅从市场角度对不同类型、功能的乡村文创旅游的消费者中,选择影响因素分析,研究结果将从供给角度对乡村文创旅游的文创形式、文创产品、文创服务等方面提供帮助,同时也有助乡村文创旅游供给主体了解消费者市场;同时,从产业关联和投资环境角度,运用灰色关联分析和灰预测对形式乡村文创旅游发展进行预测,结果将为政府对中国北京市乡村文创旅游发展的宏观调控,促进北京市乡村文创旅游的平衡、快速发展提供决策依据。
