企业家精神对企业绩效的影响研究 — 基于员工创新行为的中介作用

为厘清企业家精神、员工创新行为企与企业绩效三者之间的关系,揭示企业家精神对企业绩效影响的作用机理,在梳理总结相关研究的基础上,提出了企业家精神对企业绩效有正向影响,员工创新行为在企业家精神对企业绩效影响过程中起到中介作用等理论假设,使用成熟量表设计调查问卷,共收集到507份有效问卷,使用统计分析软件SPSSS21.0对回收的有效数据进行描述性统计分析、信度分析、探索性因子分析 (EFA)、验证性因子分析 (CFA)、相关分析、回归分析,对提出的理论模型和提出的假设进行检验。数据分析结果显示:企业家精神各维度对企业绩效有显著正向影响;员工创新行为在两者之间起到部分中介作用。
