90后企业员工生涯适应力探究

         本研究以北京、天津、石家庄、南京、济南等城市的国有企业、民营企业、外资企业等多家不同行业的90后企业员工为对象,通过施测生涯适应力量表、心理资本量表、工作状态表,总计发放400份,运用数据统计分析,并对生涯适应力的前因后效变量进行了探讨,得出如下结论: (1) 90后企业员工生涯适应力主要由生涯关注、生涯控制、生涯好奇以及生涯自信四个部分组成,生涯适应力的整体水平与企业员工的生涯适应力有着直接关联, 90后企业员工的生涯适应力受其年龄、工龄、学历、企业性质及企业规模等影响。(2) 心理资本在生涯适应力与工作状态之间发挥中介效应。
