中国大陆不同区域员工工作满意度与自主性的比较分析

摘要

本文基于双因素理论探讨员工工作自主性对工作满意度的影响,把工作满意度分为工作保健满意度、工作激励满意度、工作整体满意度三个维度。因新时代中国社会主要矛盾发生变化,本文实证探究中国大陆区域发展不平衡语境下,中国东部、中部和西部地区的员工工作自主性对工作满意度的影响,并比较其差异。研究发现:无论哪个地区,提升员工的工作满意度都应该要重视员工的受教育程度和阶级认同;东部地区、西部地区和中部地区员工的工作自主性都显著影响其工作满意度,且各地区之间存在明显的维度差异。
