互联网企业培训对员工创新绩效的影响研究 ——以创新自我效能感为中介

摘要
由于知识经济的蓬勃兴起,员工的创新绩效是互联网公司实现创新发展的决定性因素本文以员工心理感知为切入点,利用实证分析获得结论:互联网公司员工培训的不同维度对创新自我效能感及创新绩效存在积极作用,创新自我效能感对创新绩效存在积极作用,同时在员工培训及创新绩效间存在部分中介效应。
