自我牺牲型领导对员工帮助行为的影响分析

摘要
员工行为是影响组织绩效的重要因素之一,在员工角色外,员工之间的互相帮助有利于增强组织的凝聚力、相互依赖性以及协作性,从而促进组织充分发挥优势。随着经济竞争的日益激烈,自我牺牲型领导在引领组织提升竞争力和应对困难等方面的作用日益突出,对员工的行为也产生着重要影响。目前关于自我牺牲型领导对员工帮助影响的研究较少,尤其是中国在这一方面的研究更少,为进一步探索自我牺牲型领导对员工帮助行为的影响,并为自我牺牲型领导促进员工帮助行为提供理论依据,本文基于社会交换理论、社会学习理论、亲社会行为等理论,对自我牺牲型领导对员工帮助行为影响展开分析,分析结果认为:自我牺牲型领导对员工帮助行为有促进作用;领导认同和组织归属感在其中起着中介作用;人情关系和员工传统性在其中起着调节作用。
