社会性别意识和员工工作绩效的关系研究

摘要

企业作为重要的社会组织,通过强化公平合理的社会性别意识,对员工会产生什么样的影响,是值得关注和重视的。本文构建了社会性别意识、组织认同和员工工作绩效的关系模型,并探讨了企业文化强度对组织认同与员工工作绩效之间的调节作用。研究发现,企业员工的社会性别意识平等程度对员工工作绩效有显著的正向影响;组织认同在社会性别意识平等程度和员工工作绩效之间起部分中介作用;企业文化强度正向调节组织认同和员工工作绩效之间的关系。本文的研究结论不仅能够揭示出社会性别意识作为员工工作绩效的影响因素,为企业管理者实现企业整体绩效的提升提供有效的办法新的思考路径,也能够为引导企业更好地履行社会责任提供新的证据支撑和实践启示。
