高校创业氛围对中国大学生创业自我效能的影响 ——基于创业学习的中介作用

摘要

在中国“大众创业,万众创新”氛围影响下,中国高校创业教育持续推进,大学生作为潜在创业者,创业失败率居高不下,其创业自我效能不足是关键。本文基于自我效能感理论,对大学生创业自我效能感及其影响因素进行了梳理。从高校创业氛围、创业学习和创业自我效能三个方面切入,对中国东部和西部十所高校四百余名本科生进行了问卷调查分析,通过定量分析旨在厘清高校创业氛围对学生创业自我效能的影响关系,探索高校正式课堂以外的“教”多大程度上能通过学生“学”来提升学生的创业自我效能。研究发现,高校创业氛围对学生创业自我效能有显著正向影响,创业学习在创业氛围和创业自我效能感之间起到部分中介作用,学生对高校创业氛围的整体感知能影响其创业学习和创业自我效能的提升。创业自我效能是创业者在面对创业情境中可能存在的各种风险和不确定性的信心,对创业活动的开展有着重要作用,高校在开展创业教育的过程中,应注重多场景多层次创业氛围的营造,让学生通过多种创业学习促进其创业自我效能感的提升。
