共享经济背景下民宿在线短租消费信任研究

摘要

近年来,随着中国乡村旅游以及共享经济的不断发展,民宿作为一种新兴的共享经济形态呈现爆发式增长,随之也产生了一系列买卖双方的矛盾与问题。共享模式的特点使得人际间的信任问题成为限制其发展的关键因素之一。本文以信任理论、信任传递理论以及理性行为理论为理论基础,基于初始信任模型构建了共享经济背景下民宿在线短租消费行为理论模型。在该模型中加入民风民俗作为调节变量,进一步探讨共享经济背景下民宿在线短租消费行为形成机理本研究将民宿在线短租的消费信任维度定义为制度信任、特征信任及过程信任并结合已有学者的实证研究结果做出相应假设,并用实证研究方法,以民宿在线短租消费者为研究对象,在中国的共享经济背景下开展研究。
