组织认同与领导成员交换在变革型领导与员工追随行为间起的中介角色

摘要

在中国经济转型的大环境下,变革型领导如何积极地影响响员工的追随行为对企业的生存发展及组织实践而言十分重要。本文在中国文化情境下,探讨了变革型领导风格对员工追随行为的影响作用以及潜在的影响机制。基于对 412 份有效问卷的数据分析,得出变革型领导对员工追随行为正向影响,组织认同与领导成员交换关系在变革型领导与员工追随行为间起中介作用本文揭示了变革型领导与员工追随行为之间的积极关系,并表明了员工追随行为对现代企业管理实践的重要性。本文在最后给出了具体可行的实践启示,旨在推动领导力相关研究领域的深化及发展。
