工作与家庭冲突型角色的形成机制及应对策略

摘要

本文旨在探索工作与家庭冲突型角色的形成机理,寻找冲突的解决策略。研究地点在泰国曼谷,在泰国曼谷通过视频和语音的方法对20 位受访者进行深度访谈。本文基于扎根理论,首先
使用5W1H 理论制定访谈提纲,然后采用深度访谈法并且使用NVivo 定性分析软件进行数据分析,最后运用扎根理论建立理论框架。据此建立工作与家庭冲突型角色的形成机理,采用秩和
检验显著性,结合之前的定性分析结果得出结论。研究发现,当工作与家庭积累的精神压力与
时间冲突相互作用时,工作与家庭冲突型角色随即产生。对员工而言,社会层面的调节方法优于
个人层面。同时,公司激励政策对缓解工作与家庭冲突具有正向作用。本文运用时间管理理论的四象限建立了有效的工作与家庭冲突的解决策略,该策略补充了现有文献,为从根本上解决员工工作与家庭冲突问题提供了新思路。
