地铁员工心理资本与岗位满意度的实证研究

摘要

地铁员工岗位满意度降低,对地铁运营安全有着决定性的影响。本文通过问卷星、邮箱和现场调研的方式选取成渝经济圈两大核心的轨道交通公司员工样本,通过描述性统计分析方法和回归分析方法将员工心理资本对岗位满意度影响进行一系列实证研究。结果表明:心理资本与岗位满意度存在正相关关系,心理资本对岗位满意度的各维度有显著的正向作用。本研究结论有利于丰富地铁等城市轨道交通企业员工相关研究,扩展员工心理的研究范畴,对如何建立以心理资本为导向的地铁员工岗位满意度水平提升系统”提供实证支持,就如何更好提升地铁员工岗位满意度提出若干管理学启示。
