泰国服务业上市公司智力资本对组织效能的影响

摘要

知识资源是企业在知识经济时代中的核心构成要素,因此智力资本对组织效能具有显著影响。但在以往研究中,对智力资本的研究大多围绕对组织绩效的影响。本文以资源基础论为理论基础,通过问卷调查收集方式获得了来自 198 家泰国服务业上市公司,423 位管理层员工填写的有效样本,运用 SPSS 23.0 和 LISREL 10.20 中的多重线性回归模型、分层回归和验证性因子分析检验了智力资本对组织效能的影响作用。研究发现,智力资本的三个维度均正向影响组织效能,其中结构资本贡献最大。另外,当智力资本三个维度同时存在于一模型时,对组织效能的解释能力达到最高。研究结果对以往智力资本和组织效能的研究进行了有效补充,对指导服务业上市公司智力资本管理及组织效能提高具有一定指导意义。
