基于泰国中文专业学习者需求的酒店汉语教材编写 ——以乐德纳可信皇家理工大学为例

摘要

本文采用访谈法和问卷调查法,以泰国高校中文专业 143 名学习者为被试,从酒店汉语教材编写相关的三个要素进行需求程度调查,使用 SPSS 26.0 对获得的一手资料进行数据统计与分析。研究结果表明,泰国中文专业学习者对酒店汉语口语与交际会话内容的需求最高,其次是酒店相关知识与文化,而对酒店应用文写作的需求表现相对较弱。采用单因素方差分析学生背景因素对酒店汉语教材编写需求的影响,结果显示,不同的汉语水平、学习汉语时间及无论是否从事过酒店相关实习或
工作的学习者,都没有在酒店汉语需求类型上产生显著性差异。基于酒店汉语编写类型和主题内容划分需求程度等级表,对泰国中文专业酒店汉语教材提出编写建 议:一是以口语与交际会话为主,重点培养酒店日常听说和业务交际能力;二是以知识文化与应用文写作为辅,均衡发展学习者的酒店综合及
分项技能;三是以学习者主体为出发点,探究酒店汉语教材“在地化”建设;四是以职业服务需求为落脚点,接轨一线酒店行业变革。
