基于管理创新视角下中资产业园区持续发展内外部影响因素的 探索性研究——以天津产业园为例

摘要
中国产业园区的经验随着“一带一路”的发展，目前在世界上有 200 多家中资境外园区的开 发实践，园区的实践早已走在了理论研究的前面。本文在创新管理视角下围绕“中资产业园区发 展机理”为研究目的展开研究，以期探索影响中资产业园区发展的内外部因素。本文采用案例法 进行定性研究，通过对天津经济技术开发区官网资料、中国知网期刊数据库、各大门户网站、开发区高管的访谈对话与言论、相关专著与书籍等资料分析。从“内、外部因素推动中资产业园 持续发展”实践中对相应的影响因素以及各因素之间的互动机理，实施效果等进行科学分析，构 建了“内、外部因素通过协同创新大力推动产业园区持续发展”理论体系，也提出了实践的对策 建议，助力中资产业园持续发展。
