中国四川省淡水养殖绿色发展评价研究

摘要
绿色发展已经成为水产养殖业可持续性发展的新发展模式,四川省作为中国长江上游生态核心区域,淡水养殖的绿色发展对其具有重要的生态意义。为了对中国四川省淡水养殖绿色发展水平进行科学评价,寻找绿色发展模式并提出实现路径,本文通过对相关文献的梳理与总结,从经济发展、社会发展、资源利用、环境保护和技术5个维度构建了四川省淡水养殖绿色发展评价指标体系;选用层次分析法和均方差法相乘的综合赋权法确定指标权重,运用2010-2019年四川省21市(州)面板数据,对四川省淡水养殖绿色发展水平进行测度及相关分析。结果表明,四川省淡水养殖绿色发展综合指数整体呈现上升趋势,各子系统指数仅技术指数呈下降趋势;四川省各地区淡水养殖绿色发展水平不均衡,差异较大;四川省淡水养殖绿色发展模式可分为“经济、社会、资源、技术型”等4类模式,提出了四川省淡水养殖绿色发展水平的实现路径,以期为四川省淡水养殖的绿色发展提供理论支持。
