数字领导力对员工创造力的影响——基于工作繁荣的中介作用

摘要

数字时代背景下,人们的生产和生活方式都发生着日新月异的深刻变革,相应的在组织形 态和领导过程也发生了变化。本研究选取中国有代表性的企业员工开展问卷调查,共发放问卷 650 份,其中有效问卷 627 份。运用层次回归分析方法探讨了数字领导力、工作繁荣、员工创造 力之间的关系。研究结果表明:1) 数字领导力与员工创造力正相关;2) 数字领导力与工作繁荣正相关;3) 工作繁荣与员工创造力正相关;4) 工作繁荣在数字领导力与员工创造力之间发挥中 介作用。通过对研究结果的总结和提炼,为今后奠定了研究的理论依据和方向。
