变革型领导与工作满意度:WOS 数据库 SSCI 分析的现状与趋势

摘要

本研究通过对 Web of Science 数据库中社会科学引文索引  (SSCI) 收录的论文进行计量书 目分析,深入探讨变革型领导与员工工作满意度之间的关系。研究采用定量分析方法,对相关文献的发表趋势、地理分布、作者合作、关键词及其演变进行了系统性分析,揭示了变革型领 导对工作满意度影响的学术界现状和发展趋势。研究发现,变革型领导作为一种有效的领导方式,在激发员工潜力、提高工作满意度方面发挥着重要作用。分析结果显示,对变革型领导与 工作满意度关系的研究在全球范围内持续增长,尤其在心理学、管理学和人力资源管理等领域 表现突出。此外,研究还发现,变革型领导对不同文化背景和行业领域的员工工作满意度影响 存在差异,这提示未来研究需考虑更多维度的因素。本文不仅总结了变革型领导研究的发展轨迹和当前的研究热点,而且通过对未来研究方向的展望,为学术研究和实践应用提供了有价值 的参考。建议未来研究可从多元文化视角深入探讨变革型领导的不同影响机制,同时关注领导 行为与员工个人特征的交互作用,进一步丰富和深化该领域的理论基础和实践应用。
