高职教育者视角下心理需求满足影响学生工匠精神培育的实证研究

摘要
研究目的：本研究立足新质生产力对新型劳动者的战略需求，针对当前工匠精神培育“重外部、轻心理”的实践瓶颈，以自我决定理论为框架，将高职学生的心理需求满足作为重要的变量，实证检验其对工匠精神培育的促进作用，为构建“以心理需求为内在驱动力”的培育模式提供理论依据和实证支持。
研究设计/方法/途径：本研究以贵州 8 个地市 136 位长期从事高职教育、教学的工作者为调研对象，采用基于协方差的结构方程模型作为核心分析方法，结合信效度检验、验证性因子分析及 Bootstrap 稳健性检验，以保障结果的可靠性。
研究结果：研究显示模型拟合良好，心理需求满足显著正向预测工匠精神培育（β = 0.40, p < 0.01）且其三个维度的影响均显著。
创新性与价值：本研究弥补了工匠精神培育研究忽视心理机制的不足，通过 Structural Equation Modeling（SEM）验证了心理需求三维度的差异化作用，揭示了心理需求满足促进工匠精神内化的路径，为心理需求导向的工匠精神培育提供了实证支持。
