人工智能辅助翻译对学生译者翻译行为的影响研究

摘要
研究目的:本研究探讨人工智能(AI)辅助翻译对学生译者翻译行为的影响,分析其在认知负荷分配、翻译过程范式及能力发展上的作用机制,为翻译教学优化提供参考。
研究设计/方法/途径:以认知翻译学与认知负荷理论为框架,通过对 42 名学生译者的问卷调查、 10 名学生译者的半结构化访谈以及自主翻译与 AI 辅助翻译的行为对比分析,比较两类条件下认知负荷与翻译加工路径的差异。
研究结果:结果显示 AI 明显降低了翻译初始阶段的认知负荷:源语理解困难比例由自主翻译的 66.7% 降至 AI 辅助翻译的 40.5%,行文与语法问题由 69.0% 减少至 45.2%。然而,认知负荷呈现向验证环节的显著转移,译文正确性检验困难从 45.2% 上升至 52.4%。翻译过程由 “生成模式” 转向 “验证模式”,学生译者在策略使用与工具能力上有所提升,但语言能力存在弱化风险。
创新性与价值:本研究揭示认知负荷再分配与翻译范式转型,丰富认知翻译学在 AI 场景中的应用,为教学改革与能力培养提供理论依据。未来研究可结合多模态认知测量与教学干预验证认知参与型任务效果。
