การวัดประสิทธิภาพเชิงเทคนิคของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ขนาดใหญ่

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ขนาดใหญ่ จำนวน 103 แห่ง ด้วยวิธี Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) และศึกษาปัจจัยภายนอกที่ส่งผลต่อค่าความมีประสิทธิภาพของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ด้วยตัวแบบ Tobit โดยใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิที่ได้จากรายงานปริมาณธุรกิจและผลการดำเนินงานสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2557 – 2561 โดยกำหนดตัวแปรปัจจัยการผลิต 3 ตัวแปร และตัวแปรผลผลิตจำนวน 3 ตัวแปร นอกจากนี้ยังมีตัวแปรปัจจัยภายนอกที่อาจส่งผลต่อความมีประสิทธิภาพของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ที่วิเคราะห์ด้วยตัวแบบ Tobit จำนวน 5 ตัวแปร ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2557-2561 มีค่าคะแนนประสิทธิภาพเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 0.631, 0.683, 0.716, 0.704 และ 0.741 ตามลำดับ และเมื่อศึกษาปัจจัยภายนอกด้วยตัวแบบ Tobit พบว่า สหกรณ์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา โรงพยาบาลและสาธารณสุข สหกรณ์ที่อยู่ในภาคกลาง และจำนวนสมาชิกของสหกรณ์ เป็นตัวแปรที่มีผลต่อค่าความมีประสิทธิภาพของสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์
